This is what boredom leads to!
It was really hard
to find a shirt similar to Pocahontas's dress because my closet only knows two colors: black
So when I say that finding this top was like finding the meaning of life itself, believe me, it was.
The make up was pretty easy to reproduce since it looks like she isn't wearing any make up on besides the eyeliner and the lipstick. Now, I know the lipstick I used is fairly different from her original one but I gladly rewatched the movie and I noticed that in some scenes her lips looked more reddish and in others it seemed like she was wearing a nude colored lipstick; in the end I choose the nude one because the red one make my skin looks lighter and of course that wasn't the effect I was looking for since Pocahontas' skin tone is darker than mine.
Even though it's not exactly similar to the original version, overall I'm happy with what I did; unfortunatly I won't be making her cosplay any time soon (although I wish I could) but this would do for now.
Mari945's drawing inspired me the most while doing the make up and was also the reason I made this instant: I wanted so bad to make a collage with her amazing drawing that I even went out just to buy a red liner to draw Pocahontas' tattoo on my arm!
